5 Jul 2017 I started with downloading the Oblivion Mod Manager from the Nexus and following the instructions on the nexus for each mod, but couldn't get it working. Adds 250+ sound effects played from 5400 + hand-placed emission points. No environment or cell is soundless anymore.
